VOLUNTARY WORK
Our company does not impose mandatory work on any employee. The principles of our work are based on voluntarism. Except for any security reasons, the company cannot prevent or postpone an employee from leaving their job. All types of information pertaining to our employees are protected and preserved to the extent specified by laws.
ADULT WORKERS
We do not accept any form of child labor in our company. The minimum age determined by national and international laws is considered, except in compulsory cases such as internships or traineeships.

WORKING HOURS and WAGES
Our company offers competitive wages to employees based on sectoral and local labor market conditions. Our practices regarding wages, working hours, overtime, and additional payments fully comply with current legal requirements and employment contracts. We provide opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and capacities, supporting these efforts by offering advancement opportunities as much as possible. Gender, religion, language, or race discrimination is not practiced in matters of salary/wage or promotion. The minimum wage in our company is equal to the minimum wage.
HEALTH and SAFETY
Our company ensures the establishment and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace environment. The company aims to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries, and any factors threatening the health of employees, thereby creating a safe, healthy, and productive working environment. We strive to maintain a workplace environment free from violence, harassment, threats, exploitation, and disturbing conditions. All legal regulations regarding occupational health and safety are implemented in our company.
COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY and STAKEHOLDERS
Our company commits to establishing goodwill with stakeholders by listening to their views, gathering information from them, and taking their views into account. In this context, we designate employee representatives according to legal regulations so that employees can discuss their problems with representatives and have the opportunity to submit written suggestions through suggestion boxes. We pledge to engage in dialogue with stakeholders on workplace rights issues relevant to our operations and impact area, as appropriate.
EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS
For foreign workers employed in accordance with our laws, employment contracts are prepared in a language they understand. All personnel procedures from entry to exit are conducted in accordance with current legal regulations. Under no circumstances shall an employee be forced to work in debt. Our company protects the legal rights of foreign workers. We do not employ illegal (undocumented) workers.
REST DAYS and HOLIDAYS
Our employees are not deprived of their rest and holiday rights within the framework of legal provisions. Employees working six days a week are given one day off.
RECRUITMENT and EMPLOYMENT
Our company identifies necessary open positions through management, and employment is carried out in compliance with laws and specific rules (equality approach, leave, wages, holidays, employment contract, etc.).
EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (EMPLOYER CONTRACTS)
A "Indefinite Duration Employment Contract" is prepared between our company and the person to be employed, which includes the conditions offered to the candidate and complies with the workplace and legal regulations. A "Indefinite Duration Employment Contract and Overtime Consent Form" is signed by the personnel accepting the duty. A copy of the employment contract is given to the employee in exchange for the signature; orientation training is provided to convey all relevant company policies and job-related rules to the concerned personnel.
WORK and WORKER DISCIPLINE
Discipline rules established by our company are applied to ensure disciplined work. The company does not impose any form of wage deduction as a sanction for disciplining an employee. All our employees conduct their work in accordance with work procedure instructions.
YOUNG WORKERS / WORKING HOURS
A meeting between employees and employers is planned regarding social rights and work arrangements. The working hours for young workers are set at 40 hours, while for those over 18 years old, it is 45 hours per week.
COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT / UNION RIGHTS
Our employees are granted the right to collective bargaining and union membership. It is stated that our employees can exercise these rights in the "Indefinite Duration Employment Contract."
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
We manage the environmental impacts of all our activities with a sense of responsibility. We identify and implement any improvements and developments that will eliminate or minimize environmental impacts and utilize natural resources in the most efficient manner possible. All principles outlined in this policy document are implemented through necessary regulations, and the level of implementation is monitored by the relevant department. We consider the success of our corporate social responsibility initiatives as a significant criterion in evaluating our company's performance.
