You can trust our quality.

The initial installation and assembly of our furniture is carried out completely by our authorized personnel.

If you receive a broken, faded, scratched, missing part, or deformed product during installation, you can request a replacement.

If the buyer refuses to accept delivery of the goods, except in cases of defective goods, they agree to pay the seller a penalty of 20% of the sale price.

Returns of products that have been received but are still in their original, complete packaging are accepted, provided the buyer covers the shipping costs.

Returns of unassembled and brand-new products are accepted in their original packaging and complete condition, with the buyer agreeing to pay the return shipping cost. End-of-series products, gift and/or promotional items are excluded from the return policy. In the case of returns of promotional products (except for products without defects), the sale will be cancelled and a refund will be requested, as these products are excluded from the campaign terms. If your return request is approved, the refund process, including bank procedures, may take 2-3 weeks.
