How will my invoice be delivered to me?

For any questions regarding your invoice, please contact support@caploonba.com via email. Initial installation and assembly of our furniture must be carried out by our authorized personnel. If you encounter any broken, faded, scratched, missing parts, or deformed products during installation, you can request a replacement.

For products that have not been assembled or installed, our return policy states that the return process will be processed with a 20% service and shipping fee based on the price stated in your product sales agreement .
