Secure and flexible payment
At caploonba.com you can pay for your order by credit or debit card, either in a single payment or in up to 9 installments. Every payment is encrypted with 256-bit SSL and verified through your bank's 3D Secure authentication.
Paying by Credit Card
All Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted.
Single payment
The price shown on the site is the 9-installment price. If you pay in a single payment, the total is lower; the discounted single-payment amount is shown in the installment table on each product page and at checkout.
Installments
With credit cards from our partner banks you can split your payment into 2 to 9 installments. The fewer the installments, the lower the total; the exact total and monthly amount of every option is listed clearly at checkout.
Debit cards
Payments with debit cards are made as a single payment. Installment availability and the maximum number of installments depend on the terms your bank has defined for your card.

Payment Security
Your card details are sent directly to your bank, never to Caploonba.
Encrypted connection
The checkout page is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate; you can verify this from the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
3D Secure verification
Your bank confirms the transaction with a one-time code sent to your phone. You enter this code only on your bank's own verification screen.
Card details never stored
Your card number and security code are never kept on our systems. Caploonba will never ask for your card details, passwords or SMS codes by phone or message.

Invoicing and Returns
Other things worth knowing about your payment.
Invoice
Your invoice is issued according to the billing details you enter when placing your order. For a corporate invoice, simply enter your company name, tax office and tax number at checkout. For any invoice questions, you can write to destek@caploonba.com.
Returns and buy-back
Products that have not been assembled can be returned for a service and shipping fee of 20%. For the full terms, please see our Returns and Exchange page.
Payment methods we do not accept: caploonba.com does not accept bank transfer/EFT, cash on delivery, or payments made by giving card details over the phone (mail order). All orders are completed only on our website, with 3D Secure verified card payment.
