Since 2020, all the energy our production line needs has come from the solar panels at our facility. In our 25,000 m² production plant, every bed, every wardrobe and every crib is made with renewable energy.

We color our furniture with Coolor
We coat the wooden surfaces of our furniture with the Coolor coloring system. This choice follows from the two values behind every headline on this page: children's health and respect for nature. Applied without solvents, without waste and without loss, Coolor meets the health standard we expect from furniture entering a child's room, without compromising nature. That is why coloring at Caploonba is called Coolor.
So what does Coolor mean for you when it enters your child's room?
Certified for human health
The Coolor coating is certified for human health under the EN71-3 toy safety standard; it contains no heavy metals such as lead, mercury, chromium or cadmium.
Solvent-free and odorless
The dry coating system uses no solvents; the coating is odorless, and its volatile emissions are the lowest among tested coating types. You can use your furniture with confidence from the day it is delivered.
E0 level for formaldehyde
Coolor reduces formaldehyde emissions on MDF surfaces to the E0 level, the healthiest coating class for baby and children's furniture.
Antibacterial and anti-allergic
The surface does not allow bacteria to grow and does not cause allergic reactions; it is easy to clean and stays hygienic.
Durable surface
The coating wraps the MDF airtight, providing high resistance to moisture, scratches and impact, and extending the life of the furniture.
Zero waste, 100% eco-friendly
During application, powder is recovered before it reaches the environment; no waste is produced, and production has a low carbon footprint that does not harm nature.
The powder coating we use for Coolor is produced in facilities certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 and EPD (Environmental Product Declaration), and carries a product certificate issued by its manufacturer in the name of Orpak Mobilya.
We keep wood in the cycle
We know the value of what the forest provides: we source wood from sustainable origins and recycle the wooden materials generated during production, returning them to the cycle.
Wood recycling
Wooden materials used in production are recycled; leftover pieces stop being waste and return to the production cycle.
Sustainable sources
We source timber and forest products from sustainable origins, from industrially cultivated forests.
E1 certified materials
Our products use E1 certified materials suitable for children's health; you can find all of our quality certificates on our Safety and Quality page.
