Your furniture in your room, right on time… Delivery and assembly of furniture, accessories, and disassembled products purchased from caploonba.com or our stores are provided free of charge by the Caploonba Team. Delivery times for furniture requiring assembly may vary, but generally, this period is 15 business days. Our sales representatives will schedule the delivery and assembly, including the date and time. For areas outside our dealer network, we only offer free doorstep delivery via courier. Installation support is not available for areas outside our dealer network.
When we say "Free Delivery," you can understand that the product is shipped to you via Logistics (Shipping) or through our dealers in your city. For products shipped via shipping or through our dealers, we will call you one day before or on the day of delivery to inform you.
We provide delivery in three different ways: through our shipping company, logistics (transportation), and installation teams depending on your city. Depending on your location, our agreement with the shipping company and logistics (transportation) involves delivery to your building entrance. Products purchased from our website come with free installation. In "Green Zone" provinces, depending on your location, installation is provided free of charge by our own teams and sales points. We are committed to ensuring the smooth delivery of the products you have ordered. Therefore, before your orders leave the warehouse, necessary damage checks are performed on the products, and shipment is only made if no problems are found. However, due to their delicate nature, problems can sometimes occur during cargo transportation and loading. If the product has arrived by cargo, please check the outer packaging for damage before accepting the package from the delivery person. If you encounter a broken, missing, or deformed product during installation, you can request a replacement. If the buyer refuses to accept delivery of the product due to reasons other than a defect, they agree to pay the seller a penalty of 20% of the purchase price. Returns of uninstalled products that have not lost their "new" condition are accepted in their original packaging and complete, and the buyer agrees to pay the shipping cost. End-of-series products, gift products, and/or promotional products are excluded from the return policy. In the case of returns of promotional products, except for undamaged products, the sale transaction will be canceled and a refund will be requested, as these products are excluded from the campaign conditions. If your return request is approved, the refund of the product amount may take up to 7 business days, including bank processing.

While handling your furniture, moving, dragging, or carelessly disassembling or reassembling it can damage the products. Furniture should absolutely not be dragged during transport. Painted (MDF) products should be handled with extra care to prevent scratches. Metal parts (handles, legs, etc.) should not be left damp to prevent rust and oxidation. We recommend wiping your furniture with a slightly damp cloth.
