We offer a 2-Year Warranty + 3 Years of Service warranty. The warranty period starts from the delivery date of the product and lasts 2 years. Our company supplies spare parts for all products for a period of 5 years. Accessories are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Your furniture in your room, right on time… Delivery and assembly of furniture, accessories and flat-pack products purchased through caploonba.com or from our stores are carried out free of charge by the Caploonba team. Delivery times for furniture requiring assembly may vary. In general this period is 15 working days. Our sales unit plans the process and delivery is carried out according to an agreed day and time schedule for delivery and assembly. In regions outside our dealer network, only free doorstep delivery by courier is provided. Assembly support cannot be provided outside the dealer network.
When we say "Free Delivery", it means the product is sent to you via logistics (freight) or through our dealers in your city. For products sent by freight or through our dealer, we call you to inform you one day before delivery or on the day of delivery.
We provide delivery in three different ways: by our courier company, by logistics (freight) and, depending on your city, by our assembly teams. Depending on your city, our agreement with the courier and logistics (freight) company covers delivery to the front of your building. If the courier company asks you to collect the parcel from a branch, you can call our sales advisors on 0850 850 02 27 for support in having your delivery brought to your building. Before accepting your product, always check the packaging for damage. If there is any damage to the packaging or the product, ask the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the delivery. In such a case, please contact us on 0850 850 02 27.
Products purchased from our website are covered by free installation. Depending on your city, assembly is provided free of charge by our own teams and sales points in the "Green Zone" provinces. If you live in a province outside these areas, we are unable to carry out the assembly of the product or products. If you wish, you can purchase a private installation service in your area. We are responsible for delivering the products you have ordered to you without any problems. For this reason, the necessary damage checks are carried out before your orders leave our warehouse, and shipment takes place only if no problem is found. However, due to the delicate nature of some products, problems may occasionally arise during transport and loading. If your product has arrived by courier, always check the outer packaging for damage before accepting the parcel from the courier. If you find any damage, ask the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report", do not accept the product, and please contact us immediately on 0850 850 02 27 (10:00-18:00) or by e-mail at destek@caploonba.com.
If you encounter a broken, incomplete or deformed product at the time of installation, you may request a replacement. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods for reasons other than a defect, they agree to pay 20% of the sales price to the seller as a penalty. Returns of products that have not been assembled and have not lost their as-new condition are accepted in their original packaging and complete, and the buyer agrees to pay the shipping cost. End-of-line products and our gift and/or promotional products are excluded from returns. In the case of promotional purchases, for returns other than faulty products, gift and/or promotional items are excluded from the campaign terms, the sale is cancelled and their return is requested. If your return request is approved, the refund of the product amount may take up to 7 working days including bank processes.

Although our delivery times vary seasonally, we deliver our products within 15 working days.
Carrying, dragging or unqualified disassembly and assembly may damage your products. Furniture must never be dragged while being moved. Painted (MDF) products should be used with extra care and attention as they may be scratched. To prevent rusting and oxidation of metal parts (handles, legs, etc.), do not leave these parts damp. We recommend wiping your furniture with a slightly damp cloth.

E1 is a health certificate showing that the raw material used in the making of your furniture contains no carcinogenic substances. For this reason, one of the most important things to check when buying furniture is whether the product has an E1 certificate. Chemicals are present in laminate and MDF, which are among the raw materials of furniture. These chemicals must be measured and kept at levels that are not harmful to our health. The E1 certificate is a world-standard certificate given to materials that have passed these measurements and been approved.
